About Your Yoga Guide
Clair Highfield is based in Southern Oregon and is the founder and director of Clairityoga. She is passionate about sharing yoga because it cultivates our sense of joy and peace. Clair weaves ecological literacy and playful exploration into her offerings. Her signature style is Strong Slow Hatha Flow which is easily adapted for everyBODY and empowers practitioners to tailor their experience to their desires, experience level and needs. Her yoga classes are a fusion of classical, hatha, ashtanga, bio-mechanics and curious explorations.
This Retreat Includes:
This reTREAT includes transportation from the airport, luxury beach-jungle lodging, three delicious meals each day, two daily yoga classes, a thai-yoga massage workshop and community.
Morning yoga classes are more active in Clair's signature style "Strong slow hatha flow" which is easy to modify to meet you needs and experience, morning practice will include breath work. Afternoon classes are creative movement like partner stretching, or contact improv. Afternoon will close with yoga nidra and simple sound bath. A Thai Massage workshop will be held on Wednesday's afternoon practice.
